I loved having a room with a kitchenette and a comfortable bed. The location was fantastic, just a short distance to a large public park. It was only a 10-minute walk to downtown, and the staff members were very friendly and helpful.

We greatly enjoyed the facilities offered by this newly remodeled and great hotel. The location for Medford was favorable. Spent a nice evening at Memo's Kitchen, located close to the venue.

Only stayed one night, and they were very accommodating about getting us to the airport at 5 a.m..

Check-in was fast, Internet was working perfectly. Comfortable beds and the rooms were clean. It was also very quiet in the hotel.

The room was newly decorated and reasonably large, provided with a sofa and microwave, and comfy beds. The shower, hairdryer, and towels were a plus. The location was comfortable for Medford, adjacent to the airport and the bus station. The hotel was set within easy walking distance of Howard Prairie Lake.

Was ok staff at the office not efficient, went there at 7.00am to get coffee, a women still in her robe was on the phone the door was close, coffee was not made , we left without having coffee or breakfast

We were not satisfied at all with the service will never go again

Recently renovated room, the bed was comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed to have a renovated bathroom. This hotel had a very central position in an area considered "seedy" by local people. Good service, though a few employees were a bit rude.

Well, the area was not so great overall.

The staff here was incredibly helpful and upgraded us to a lovely room with a kitchenette.

Not much! I did appreciate that when we took the very stained pillow and pillowcase to the office and showed them, they did give us $10 back on what we paid for the one night we stayed.

The owners were arguing outside our room in the morning when we got up and then we found ants in the room and I dropped something on the floor and found that there was some trash under the bed, so it wasn't clean. The top of the frig and the desk and microwave were dusty....and the table was dirty when we went to eat.

I thoroughly enjoyed this property - recently refurbished hotel.

The hotel was in a marvellous and comfy location just off town-pawn shops, Jacksonville and restaurants.
