I checked into the Queen Room for a weekend getaway. The room looked modern, with nice wood accents on the floor. It really felt clean and well-kept, which was a pleasant surprise. The bed provided good support, making it easy to sleep well after a long day. The mini-fridge and microwave were handy for snacks. I did have some issues with the WiFi—it wasn’t working at first, but the staff quickly fixed it, which I appreciated. The continental breakfast was very minimal, not much selection. Some spots in the room could use a bit more attention during cleaning, like behind the furniture. Overall, it met my needs, but those areas could definitely improve.

Family with kids will love it

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff there were super helpful when we needed extra towels for the kids. The complimentary coffee was a lifesaver-it actually tasted good!

But watch out for the broken mirror. it’s sharp enough to be a weapon. And where’s the soap? I guess they think we're all part-time lumberjacks!

This place suits me perfectly. It offers free wi-fi, laundry facilities, and friendly 24-hour reception. I remember the staff helping me find a money exchange on my first stay. I highly recommend it for a city break.

While most of the room appeared clean, a few spots clearly needed more attention—debris in the drawers and dust under the microwave were noticeable. I also faced issues with the WiFi. for the first part of my stay, it was unreliable, and on the last two days, I couldn't connect at all due to too many users. The location isn’t the best either. it's situated in a questionable area with minimal appeal, which might put off some travelers.

I had such a cozy stay in a spacious Queen Room. The front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, and their attention to detail was spot on. Plus, being so close to shopping and restaurants meant I could easily explore all the surrounding attractions without any hassle!
